As someone who started using Talantly.ai in July 2025, I can appreciate the efforts put into the latest release, especially the improved Dashboard view and mobile optimization. However, while the addition of features like draft status for vacancies and LinkedIn integration is commendable, I believe there is room for improvement in the candidate scoring zones and rejection reason display. It would be beneficial to enhance the customization options for scoring criteria to better align with our specific hiring needs. Overall, the update shows progress, but focusing on refining these key areas could further enhance the platform's effectiveness in making data-driven hiring decisions.
